Youth Options is seeking a café manager for its community café in Millbrook, Southampton. The role requires strong leadership to manage operations three days a week, including Saturdays. This includes setting systems for volunteer management and providing training and support to ensure a positive community impact.The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and customer service skills and experience in managing café environments. A starting salary of £26,910 to £27,300 pro rata is offered.
