FLT Driver (Counterbalance & Reach) FMCG (Bottled Drinks) Location: BB9 5SR Pay Rate: £14.48 per hour Shifts: Continental shifts 6:00am to 6:00pm / 6:00pm to 6:00amShift Pattern ExplainedYoull work a rotating continental shift pattern across days and nights:Week 1: 5 day shifts (6:00am 6:00pm)Week 2: 2 day shifts (6:00am 6:00pm)Week 3: 5 night shifts (6:00pm 6:00am)Week 4: 2 night shifts (6:00pm 6:00am)This pattern then repeats.The RoleWe are recruiting experienced FLT Drivers (Counterbalance & Reach) to join a busy FMCG drinks production site.The role is primarily forklift-based, with some general warehouse duties required to support operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating both Counterbalance and Reach FLT safely and efficientlyLoading and unloading vehiclesMoving stock across warehouse and production areasSupplying production lines with materialsStacking and storing finished goodsSupporting goods-in and goods-outCarrying out daily FLT safety checksFollowing all health & safety proceduresRequirementsValid, in-date Counterbalance and Reach FLT licencesLicences must be RTITB or ITSSAR accreditedPrevious warehouse or FMCG experience preferredStrong awareness of health & safetyReliable and able to commit to rotating shiftsAbout the SiteNon-smoking site no smoking or vaping permittedAllergen-free site no allergens allowed onsiteWarm working environmentStrict hygiene rules (no jewellery, false nails, eyelashes, etc.)Safety boots and hi-vis required (additional PPE provided)BenefitsPaid breaksConsistent full-time hoursImmediate starts availableWeekly payOn-site parkingRetail and supermarket discountsAccess to wellbeing, financial, and legal supportOn-site shop with heavily discounted productsApply below and a member of the team will be in touch ASAP!TPBN1_UKTJ
