Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator , Location: Bradbury Dental Practice, BT7 1RU

We are looking for a Full-time Receptionist to join our welcoming 3-surgery dental practice in Bradbury (BT7 1RU) . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting patients throughout their dental journey while working as part of a friendly and professional team.

About UsWe are part of a well-established dental group with over 100 surgeries across 35 practices throughout Northern Ireland and the North West of England .

Our practices provide a full range of treatments, including general dentistry, aligners, implants, restorative dentistry, and NHS services , with a strong focus on delivering excellent patient care.

The RoleThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy practice environment and enjoys helping patients feel informed and supported throughout their treatment journey.

This position will be Full-time 40 hours Monday-Friday.

Full-time preferred but we will look at part-time hours for the right applicant. Working hours will fall between 8:00am and 7:00pm.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Patient Experience

Welcoming patients and managing the front desk

Booking and managing appointments

Administration & Records

Maintaining patient records and responding to enquiries

Supporting smooth day-to-day practice operations

Treatment Coordination

Supporting patients during treatment consultations

Explaining treatment options and assisting with finance applications

Financial Processes

Handling deposits and private treatment payments

Practice Support

Supporting practice promotions, marketing activities, and open days

Working closely with the clinical and administrative team

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a dental practice

Excellent communication and patient care skills

Confident using dental software systems and Microsoft Office

Knowledge of treatments such as implants, cosmetic dentistry, and aligners is desirable

Friendly, organised, and able to work well within a team
