Role OverviewAre you a psychology graduate looking to gain hands‐on experience in schools?

Whether you're considering a career in education, mental health, or child development, we offer flexible opportunities to help you take the next step.

You'll have the opportunity to work in:

SEND provisions

SEMH schools (Primary and Secondary)

Mainstream schools across EYFS, Primary, and Secondary settings

Available Roles Include:

Day-to-day placements – Build experience and showcase your skills before committing to longer-term roles

Sickness cover – Provide essential classroom support during short- and long-term staff absences

Long-term vacancies – Opportunities for extended placements and potential temp-to-perm positions

What You'll Gain / Career DevelopmentThis role provides invaluable experience for psychology graduates looking to strengthen their CV and develop practical skills.

You will gain:

Hands‐on experience working with children and young people

Insight into educational and behavioural psychology in real‐world settings

Requirements

A degree in Psychology or a related field (2:2 or above)

Flexibility and reliability

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and young people

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Desirable

Accreditation from the British Psychological Society (BPS)
