Driving License Essential

Role PurposeTo bring TrueStart's energy to life at events, helping deliver outstanding face‐to‐face brand experiences while supporting the marketing and content teams. You will assist with consumer activations, trade shows, sampling events, and pop‐ups, ensuring every interaction reflects TrueStart's friendly, energetic and authentic personality. You'll also help capture that energy on camera at events, making life easier for the Content and Socials teams and provide practical support behind the scenes to keep events running smoothly. This is a hands‐on, immersive role for someone highly energetic, personable who is ready to get stuck in, including weekend work and long summer days.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Field Marketing Executive with prepping, setting up, running and packing down events: including sampling days, festivals, pop‐ups and trade shows but mainly our Tough Mudder series.

Ensure all event kit, stock, merchandise and branded materials are organised, ready, and on‐brand.

Represent TrueStart with energy, enthusiasm and friendliness! Creating remarkable and memorable experiences for customers.

Event Content Capture

Capture photos and videos during events to provide content for the Socials and Content Exec teams.

Help record authentic UGC‐style moments, product shots, and crowd interactions.

Support on‐site social content creation at our HQ, giving the digital marketing teams fresh material to amplify online.

Logistics & Practical Support

Prepare samples, mail‐outs and product kits for events and community campaigns.

Assist with event admin, including organising tools, managing stock and coordinating with suppliers or agencies as needed.

Help ensure office and event materials are stored and maintained properly.

Work with the National Accounts Executive to ensure any on‐ground missions that need to be done in our retail partners are carried out (e.g. Helping our store compliance).

Travel & Flexibility

Willingness to work weekends and long summer days – there will be travel to events across different locations as required with overnight stays.

Marketing and content teams have high‐quality event content ready to use.

Event kit and samples are well‐prepared, organised and stress‐free for yourself & the Field Marketing Exec.
