Part-time Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor

Job description

Join a growing Private Client team with multiple hires planned, real momentum, not a static teamHybrid working (2 days office / 2 from home)Broad, high-quality caseload with scope to shape your role around your strengths

This Cheshire-based role sits within a Private Client team that's actively expanding, with plans to grow significantly across both private client and property. It's a rare chance to join during a growth phase rather than stepping into a fully built team.

From the outset, you'll take on a varied caseload covering wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and Court of Protection matters. There's already a steady flow of work, so you'll be able to focus on delivering quality advice and building relationships rather than generating work from scratch.

As you settle in, the role can flex depending on your experience and interests. More senior hires will have the opportunity to supervise junior lawyers and help shape the team as it grows, while those earlier in their career will benefit from strong support and development opportunities. There's a genuine openness to tailoring the role so you can lean into the areas you enjoy most.

The culture is collaborative and forward-thinking, with a clear focus on development. The firm invests in its people, supports different career paths, and offers a working pattern that balances office collaboration with flexibility at home.

If you're looking for a Private Client role where you can grow with the team, rather than feeling like you've joined something already fixed, this offers that platform.
