Graduate – SEN & Disadvantaged Pupil SupportLocation: Greenwich, LondonContract: Full-time, long-termStart Date: ASAPPay: £108 per day

About the Role:

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Greenwich is seeking a motivated and compassionate aspiring graduate to join their SEN support team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent psychology, education, or related graduate to gain hands-on experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.Working alongside class teachers, the SENCO, and the wider support team, you will help deliver personalised learning, promote social-emotional development, and support pupils to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the implementation of tailored learning plans for children with SENSupport pupils in developing communication, social, and emotional skillsCollaborate with teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress and adapt strategiesEngage with children in both classroom and small-group settingsHelp create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate:A recent graduate in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related fieldPassionate about supporting children with SEN and those from disadvantaged backgroundsPatient, empathetic, and resilient with strong communication skillsKeen to develop practical experience in a primary school settingFlexible and adaptable to the needs of the school and pupilsWhy Join Us:Gain hands-on experience in SEN support within a primary school environmentWork alongside a dedicated and experienced teamMake a tangible difference in the lives of children facing challengesReceive mentoring and development opportunities to support your career progressionThis role is perfect for graduates aspiring to work in educational psychology, SEN support, or teaching.
