We are recruiting dedicated Health Care Assistants (Driving Routines) who take pride in making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Full-time and part-time positions available.

You will provide person-centred care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Safeguarding is central to this role, in line with Jersey Care Commission Home Care Standards.
