Contentious Construction Solicitor | 1+ Years PQE | Top 30 International
This is a standout opportunity for a Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a Top 30 international law firm in their modern Manchester office.
You will advise top-tier clients on some of the UK's and international markets' most significant construction and infrastructure disputes, complex, high-value work that genuinely moves the needle.
From day one, you will be handed real responsibility and immediate exposure to first-class matters.

The Role
As an Associate in the Manchester team, you will carry a varied, high-quality caseload working across significant disputes and helping clients manage risk on complex projects. Work typically includes adjudication, mediation and litigation, dispute avoidance and risk management, professional negligence claims, and high-value Building Safety Act disputes.
Construction is a core strength here. The contentious group has a formidable national reputation, advising public and private sector developers,contractors, consultants and housing providers. The team works across all major contract forms including JCT, NEC, ICE, FIDIC, PPC and GC Works, as well as PFI and bespoke agreements, and collaborates closely with London colleagues on both domestic and international instructions.
