Recruitment Associate / Senior Associate – LondonInfrastructure & Energy Investment

Base Salary : £35,000–£45,000

Hybrid Working : 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Remote Work : 4 weeks per year anywhere

Commission : Up to 40% + discretionary annual top‐up bonus based on performance and contribution.

The RoleJoining as Associate or Senior Associate (depending on experience), you will focus on delivering high‐value mandates alongside senior consultants.

Run recruitment processes end‐to‐end

Engage senior candidates across infrastructure, energy and investment markets

Manage detailed and often complex interview processes

Maintain a high‐quality candidate and client experience

Develop real advisory capability and market expertise

Progression & Earnings

Base salary: Associate from £35,000; Senior Associate from £45,000; VP from £65,000–£70,000

Commission: up to 40%

Discretionary annual top‐up bonus based on performance and contribution

Senior Associate earned over £100,000 total in 2025, under one year working for the company.

Who This Is ForMinimum six months of agency recruitment experience (not a graduate role).
