About the RoleNHS Grampian's Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Outpatient Receptionist/Assistant to join our team based at City Hospital in Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and staff in a welcoming manner.
Manage the reception desk during core hours (Monday to Friday, 9am‐5pm).
Handle CAMHS email inbox and incoming phone calls.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Experience in reception or office roles.
Excellent communication and team‐working skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Commitment to working full‐time (36 hours per week).
Working HoursFull‐time, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
