Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Temp Full timeAn excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a leading National Recruitment Agency as an Industrial Temp Consultant. The role is based in Wrexham in a busy office, managing a warm and established temp desk for an industry-leading agency. You will be responsible for managing and developing a Temp desk with around 70 temps and growing client relationships to maximize the desk's profitability.Job Responsibilities Maximize the profitability of the Industrial Temp deskProvide professional recruitment services to clients and candidatesDevelop and maintain existing client relationshipsWin and develop new business through sales calls and client visitsResource and interview quality candidatesPerson Specification Proven experience in the recruitment industryFlexible approach with the ability to conduct sales on an as-needed basisCustomer-focused with excellent organizational skillsAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsQualifications Educated to A-level standardBenefits This is a fabulous opportunity.
