Junior Campaign Executive – Full-Time, On-Site (Birmingham)

Birmingham | Full-time | Monday–Friday | Immediate Start | Salary + Performance Incentives

At Sage Partners , we run face‐to‐face campaigns for some of the UK's biggest brands, including BT & EE, British Gas, Oxfam, and Milk & More . We're expanding and looking for ambitious, competitive individuals to join us as Junior Campaign Executives .

This role is ideal for people who want to learn campaign management from the ground up – gaining hands‐on experience while being supported with full training and mentorship. You'll work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategy, and develop the skills to lead and deliver successful campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing KPIs and performance targets

Supporting campaign planning and execution with senior managers

Bringing creativity, positivity, and fresh ideas to new strategies

Taking initiative, leading by example, and making decisions under pressure
