Job DescriptionLive-In Carer Required – Driver with Own Vehicle

We are looking for a kind, reliable, and compassionate live-in carer to support a lovely lady living with dementia. She is calm, gentle, and sociable, and would benefit from a carer who enjoys offering companionship alongside practical care.

About her:

Calm, gentle, and friendly personality

Sociable and enjoys good company

Role responsibilities:

Providing companionship and emotional support

Assisting with personal care and daily routines

Supporting and managing stoma care, including changing the stoma bag

Changing her prescribed medication patch as required

Helping with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home

Completing food shopping and essential errands

Encouraging time outdoors — she enjoys sitting in her garden and gardening during the summer months

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will:

Hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own vehicle

Be patient, respectful, and dependable

Have experience in care

Be comfortable supporting stoma care (training provided)

Additional InformationPay & requirements:

2 days of mandatory training before starting

Enhanced DBS check required
