Are you an experienced childcare professional looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of children who have experienced trauma and adversity?
We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and committed Senior Support Worker to join our specialist residential childcare team. Set within fantastic countryside grounds, our home provides a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs arising from traumatic backgrounds.

About the RoleAs a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting children to feel safe, valued, and understood. You will lead by example during shifts, support junior staff, and help create a stable and therapeutic home environment where children can thrive.
You will support young people with:
- Emotional regulation and building trust
- Daily routines and independent living skills
- Education, hobbies, and community activities
- Positive behaviour support
- Developing healthy relationships and self-esteem
