We're currently supporting welcoming schools across Peterborough and surrounding areas who are looking for caring and enthusiastic Qualified Teaching Assistants to provide classroom support across primary and secondary education settings.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with children, building positive relationships and helping pupils feel confident and supported in school.

Whether you already have school experience or come from a care, coaching or support background, we'd love to hear from you.

The role:

• Supporting pupils within the classroom
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Helping children stay engaged with learning
• Working closely with teachers and school staff
• Supporting positive behaviour and confidence

We're looking for:

• Level 2 or 3 Qualifications
• Experience working with children or young people
• A calm, patient and positive approach
• Good communication skills
• Passion for education and classroom support
