Location: North of England, Scotland & Northern Ireland
Salary: £35,500 + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £50,000+)
Benefits: £4,500 car allowance, mileage paid, uncapped commission structure
Type: Full Time, Field Based
About the Company
I’m representing a premium professional skincare brand operating within the spa, wellness, and professional beauty sector.
Known for its luxury positioning, results-driven treatments, and strong treatment protocols, the brand partners with high-end spas, beauty clinics, and wellness destinations across the UK and internationally.
This is a business that genuinely values relationships, both internally and externally. The team is close-knit, supportive, and collaborative, so cultural fit and work ethic are just as important as sales ability. They are looking for someone who brings good energy, professionalism, and a long-term mindset to the role.
About the Role
This is a field-based Business Development Manager role focused on growing and developing accounts across the North of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
You’ll be responsible for managing existing spa and clinic relationships while also driving new business growth across the territory. The role combines commercial sales activity with hands-on training, education, and relationship building within premium environments.
This could be a brilliant first field sales role for someone currently working as a Senior Therapist, Spa Manager, Clinic Manager, or even someone currently in an internal sales role within the beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or wellness industry who is looking to step into a more autonomous, client-facing commercial position.
This is not a hard-sell role. It suits someone relationship-led who enjoys supporting accounts properly, helping clinics grow, and becoming a trusted extension of the businesses they work with.
You’ll work closely with spa owners, clinic managers, therapists, and decision-makers to maximise both treatment performance and retail opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan aligned with company objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with spas, clinics, and wellness partners
• Drive new business activity across the territory while growing existing accounts
• Deliver product knowledge, treatment education, and ongoing account support
• Support partners in maximising retail sales and treatment profitability
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and training sessions across the territory
• Maintain exceptional brand standards across all client touchpoints
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Manage territory planning, reporting, and account development activity
• Monitor commercial performance and proactively identify growth opportunities
What They’re Looking For
• Proven field sales experience within beauty, skincare, spa, wellness, aesthetics, or professional treatments preferred
• NVQ Level 3 qualified therapist essential
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercially aware with confidence opening new business opportunities
• Passionate about skincare, treatments, and the luxury beauty space
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing a large territory independently
• Someone who works hard, integrates well into a team, and genuinely cares about long-term partnerships
• Professional, polished, and aligned with premium brand values
Why Apply
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a respected professional skincare brand with a genuinely supportive culture, strong earning potential, and a loyal client base.
The commission structure is one of the real highlights of this role, with excellent earning potential across both existing business growth and new business wins, with no cap on commission.
The role would suit someone who enjoys building proper relationships within the spa and clinic world and wants to represent a premium brand within a business where culture and team fit genuinely matter.
If you’re commercially driven, passionate about skincare, and looking for a field role with autonomy, support, and realistic earning potential, I’d love to speak with you.
