Job description

We're working with a globally recognised electronics manufacturer to find a UK Sales Manager ready to take real ownership of regional growth.


This is a high-impact commercial leadership role — combining direct accountability for strategic accounts with the opportunity to shape and inspire a small but gorwing sales team.


You'll define and drive the UK & Nordics territory strategy, own flagship customer relationships, and work hand-in-hand with applications engineering to turn complex technical opportunities into sustained revenue. At the same time, you'll elevate those around you - coaching the regional team to expand their reach, strengthen customer partnerships, and consistently hit the numbers that matter.


The ideal candidate brings deep experience in key account management within electronic or electromechanical components, and is comfortable navigating long, complex sales cycles from early technical engagement through to boardroom negotiation. A relevant technical qualification is essential, and proven team leadership experience is expected.
