Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a fast-growing team in Manchester City Centre as a Sales Development Representative.

About the Role

As an SDR, you’ll play a key role at the start of the sales journey. You’ll be responsible for engaging potential customers, building rapport, and creating qualified opportunities for the senior sales team.

This is a target-driven position with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone who is results-focused and eager to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Communicate product or service value propositions with confidence
• Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales professionals
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets
• Accurately record activity and progress using CRM systems
