Manchester | £60,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commission

At We Finance Any Car, we're growing our team and are looking for ambitious Sales Account Managers to help customers secure the right vehicle finance solution while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Working with warm inbound enquiries, you'll guide customers through the finance process, build lasting relationships, and play a key role in helping them get behind the wheel of their next vehicle.

The Role:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage warm inbound customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion
  • Understand customer circumstances and recommend suitable finance options
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the process
  • Liaise with lenders and other stakeholders to secure the best possible outcomes
  • Negotiate effectively while ensuring excellent customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and manage a pipeline of active opportunities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual performance targets


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience within car finance or financial services sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities
  • A resilient, self-motivated approach

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • One late shift per week: 9:30am – 6:30pm
  • One weekend in every 3
