Sales Training Manager

We're excited to be recruiting for a Training Manager position on behalf of our client, a fast-growing luxury travel business with an international footprint.

This is a key role focused on delivering a high quality sales induction programme for new starters, ensuring they are equipped with the product knowledge, sales confidence and customer mindset needed to succeed from day one.

You will take ownership of a structured induction, support ongoing development across sales teams, and help shape a learning approach that can scale as the business continues to grow. This is a hands-on role for someone with a natural ability to engage and develop others, and the confidence to work across multiple markets.

• Strong travel industry background, ideally within cruise.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or training in a sales or product setting.
• Confident facilitator with excellent communication skills.
• Structured and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
