Sales Specialist – Surgical Power Tools

£35,000–£50,000 + £22k OTE + company car

The Role:

Field-based role managing and growing hospital accounts across Scotland and the North East. Working closely with surgeons, theatre staff, ODPs and procurement, you will support procedures, demonstrate products and drive portfolio growth through a consultative sales approach. Full training and development provided.

Global healthcare organisation with over 100 years’ heritage, specialising in surgical power tools across orthopaedics, spine, neuro, ENT and maxillofacial surgery.

Requirements:

• 1+ years surgical sales or theatre-based clinical experience

• Strong clinical communication skills

• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)

Package:

• £35k–£50k basic

• £22k uncapped commission

• Company car, healthcare & pension

• 27 days holiday + bank holidays
