About the role…

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading client relationships and overseeing the delivery of branding and integrated creative projects from brief through to completion. Working closely with strategy, creative and production teams, you’ll ensure projects run smoothly while building long-term partnerships with clients and identifying opportunities for account growth.


What you’ll be doing day to day…

  • Leading branding and integrated creative projects across multiple channels
  • Managing and nurturing strong client relationships as the key day-to-day contact
  • Developing clear, strategic creative briefs and overseeing delivery from concept to completion
  • Working collaboratively with internal creative, strategy and production teams
  • Managing timelines, budgets and project scopes to ensure seamless delivery
  • Supporting new business opportunities, upselling services and identifying growth areas within accounts
  • Presenting work confidently in client meetings and contributing to pitches


About you…

This role would suit an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a strong agency background and a passion for branding and creative work. You’ll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional client service.

  • Proven experience within a branding, design or creative agency environment
  • Strong experience managing integrated branding and creative projects
  • Excellent client servicing, communication and presentation skills
  • Confident managing multiple projects, budgets and stakeholders simultaneously
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Passion for branding, creativity and delivering high-quality work
