Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently working with a globally recognised leader within private aviation, supporting the search for a German-speaking Sales Consultant to join their expanding commercial team based in London.
This position offers the opportunity to join one of the most prestigious names in business aviation, operating within a fast-paced, consultative sales environment focused on high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients across Europe.
The successful candidate will act as a key front-line representative for the sales division, responsible for proactively identifying and engaging prospective clients, qualifying opportunities and supporting the wider sales team in generating new business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking and cold calling activities
• Educate prospective owners on private aviation solutions and company services through a consultative sales approach
• Qualify and assess opportunities through detailed conversations, market research and analysis
• Build and manage pipelines through Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of all interactions and opportunities
• Support territory planning and market segmentation strategies to identify new business opportunities
• Work closely with Sales Vice Presidents and leadership teams to support revenue growth across the assigned region
• Handle inbound enquiries from prospective clients and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
• Research and maintain detailed prospect information including company background, decision-making structures and aviation exposure
• Attend industry events, trade shows and client meetings where required
Requirements
• Previous experience within a sales-driven environment
• Fluent in both English and German, written and spoken
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organised and target-focused
• Professional and confident manner when dealing with senior stakeholders and clients
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Comfortable working within a proactive business development environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience using Salesforce CRM
• Degree educated within Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or similar disciplines
• Commercial awareness or exposure to the aviation industry

• Hybrid working structure: 3 days office / 2 days remote
• Office location: London
• Visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates
