Product Demonstrator

Job description

For the Tewkesbury commercial subsidiary, Fassa Bortolo is looking for a Junior Product Demonstrator. This position aims to support the Technical Assistance department, particularly in the preparation of product samples and in the implementation and organization of technical product training courses for customers.

Key responsabilities:

• Prepare the requested samples for product displays, both in-house and at external distributor locations, and assist during customer demonstration and promotional days.
• Set up the Fassa UK training room for in-house sessions, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are properly prepared.
• Actively contribute to the technical and qualitative assessment of Fassa materials, in cooperation with the UK Technical Support Manager, including the preparation of samples and supporting materials. Participate in internal meetings as required.
• Provide support both the Technical Assistance and Commercial Departments.
• Assist in external training sessions when required.
• Ensure that training areas and workstations are always kept clean and tidy.

Role requirements:

• Basic knowledge of the construction industry.
• Ability to work independently, using initiative and effectively planning daily activities.
• Willing to travel with overnight stays where necessary.
