About the Role

This is a full-time employed position based in our Bath clinic, which operates Monday to Saturday.

We're looking for a Senior Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities as a Clinic Manager.

✔ Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience

✔ Previous experience working within a private clinic setting

✔ Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

✔ Strong organisational and time-management abilities

✔ A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning

✔ Reliability and attention to detail

What You Can Expect

From day one, you'll be supported by a dedicated clinical mentor and a structured development programme.

You'll receive weekly training, work alongside experienced clinicians, and learn our proven approach to achieving exceptional patient outcomes while avoiding many of the challenges associated with working in isolation.

Although there are some administrative responsibilities, this is predominantly a patient-focused role where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

Important Information

This is an employed, permanent position.

Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of HCPC and CSP registration and either hold an appropriate DBS certificate or obtain a DBS status update prior to employment.
