Full training lifecycle — from Needs Analysis through to delivery

Data-driven adoption tracking and stakeholder sentiment reporting

Primary bridge between change activities and project delivery teams

What You'll Bring

✔ 5+ years leading change in complex ERP or enterprise system environments

✔ Formal qualification — Prosci (ADKAR), CCMP or APMG

✔ Proven SLT stakeholder influence and resistance management

✔ Strong analytical skills with data-led adoption reporting

✔ Contractor mindset — fast, clear, accountable

✔ Agile or Prince2 familiarity a strong plus
