Milk Education is working with a number of supportive secondary schools looking for enthusiastic Graduate Cover Supervisors who want to gain hands-on classroom experience before taking the next step into teaching.

This role is the ideal preparation for a future teaching career.

The Role – Graduate Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Supervise classes in the teacher’s absence
• Develop strong behaviour management skills
• Support pupils with their learning and engagement
• Build confidence leading groups of students
• Gain real insight into how schools operate day-to-day
• Strengthen your PGCE or Schools Direct application with practical experience
