NOW HIRING | Maintenance Engineer

Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent

£56,000 – £58,000 (Including Shift Allowance)

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join a highly automated warehouse and material handling environment.

This is a technical, fast-paced role suited to someone with strong automation, controls and fault-finding experience who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and keeping critical systems running at peak performance.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Siemens S7 / TIA Portal PLC experience

• Controls & Automation Engineering background

• Electrical & mechanical fault finding

• SCADA and automated systems knowledge

• Conveyor and material handling systems experience

• Root cause analysis & continuous improvement

• FMCG, warehouse automation or manufacturing background

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Hands-on senior engineer

• Technical escalation & support experience

• Strong communicator with leadership qualities

• Able to support and guide engineering teams on shift
