Job description
A great opportunity for a junior lawyer to move into a broad in-house legal role with a specialist global investment manager.
The role offers exposure across transactions, trading documentation, fund launches, commercial contracts, governance and wider legal advisory work. You will work closely with investment, compliance, operations and distribution teams, gaining a real understanding of how an investment manager operates.
The team is open to lawyers from funds, finance, derivatives, structured finance, corporate or broader transactional backgrounds. What matters most is a genuine interest in asset management, strong drafting skills and a practical, commercial approach.
This would suit someone bright, curious and collaborative who wants variety, responsibility and the chance to build a broad in-house skillset early in their career. Will suit someone coming from in-house or private practice.
