We are now looking to expand the London team with an outstanding Analyst or Associate who is highly motivated, analytical, and eager to build deep sector expertise in healthcare.

Role Overview

You will work closely with senior bankers on live transactions and pitches, supporting strategic advisory and capital markets execution for healthcare clients across Europe and globally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial modelling and valuation (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, LBO analysis)
  • Preparing pitch materials, client presentations, and transaction documentation
  • Supporting execution of M&A, equity, and financing transactions
  • Conducting in‑depth sector and company analysis within healthcare subsectors
  • Coordinating due diligence processes and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring market trends and proactively contributing ideas to senior team members


Candidate Profile

Analyst level

  • 1–3 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related role
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare and life sciences
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams


Associate level

  • 3–6+ years’ experience, ideally with prior investment banking training
  • Proven execution experience on M&A and/or capital markets transactions
  • Ability to independently drive workstreams and mentor junior team members
  • Strong commercial judgment and client-facing capability
