McBride Sport are delighted to be supporting the search for an experienced General Manager to lead the catering and hospitality operation within a major stadium/venue in Edinburgh. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across matchdays, conferences, events and premium hospitality operations. The successful candidate will:
- Lead and inspire large operational teams in a fast-paced live-event environment
- Take full ownership of commercial performance and P&L delivery
- Drive operational excellence, service standards and customer experience
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the venue and partner network
- Champion compliance, safety and team development across all operations
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Proven leadership experience within stadia, large-scale hospitality or contract catering
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- A hands-on, people-first leadership style
- Experience operating in high-volume, high-pressure environments
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest and fan experiences
