dSb is partnering with a growing fashion brand that blends contemporary fashion with refined functionality

As our Senior Designer for Outerwear, you’ll play a key role in shaping seasonal collections from concept to final product, bringing fresh ideas, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of womenswear outerwear to the table.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and developing seasonal outerwear collections

• Driving concepts from research and sketching through to production

• Creating detailed design packs and technical specifications

• Collaborating closely with development, fit, and production teams

• Mentoring junior designers and supporting team growth

• Researching trends, fabrics, trims, and innovation opportunities

• Presenting collections and product knowledge internally

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years’ experience in womenswear outerwear design, outerwear experience is essentials

• Strong garment construction, fit, and fabric knowledge

• Advanced Illustrator and Photoshop skills

• A highly creative mindset with strong commercial awareness

• Passion for elevated product and considered detail

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

Desirable:

• In-house fashion brand experience

• 3D design familiarity (Style3D etc.)

• Keynote / PowerPoint proficiency
