We are currently recruiting for an experienced Watchmaker to join the service atelier of a prestigious luxury watch company.

The Role
As a Watchmaker, you will play a key role within a specialist service atelier, carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on luxury mechanical timepieces to the highest possible standards.
Working within a fully equipped modern workshop, you will be part of a collaborative technical team focused on precision, quality, and exceptional client service.
This role would suit a passionate and highly detail-oriented watchmaker who takes pride in their craftsmanship and enjoys working within a premium luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on luxury mechanical watches
- Diagnose technical faults and complete repairs to approved technical standards
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets exacting standards
- Complete servicing of hand-wound mechanical and automatic movements
- Service chronographs and small complications
- Carry out quick repairs including bracelet and strap adjustments
- Maintain accurate documentation relating to all work completed
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a technical workshop environment
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Occasionally support brand events or technical demonstrations where required
- Remain calm, organised, and focused within a fast-paced luxury environment
Candidate Profile
- WOSTEP qualification or similar watchmaking diploma preferred
- Minimum 3–4 years’ bench experience within luxury watch servicing
- Proven experience working on premium mechanical timepieces
- Strong technical understanding of horology and movement construction
- Passion for luxury watches, engineering, and craftsmanship
- Exceptional dexterity and attention to detail
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong team ethic and professional attitude
