Role Purpose
Provide high-level operational, administrative support to the Executive Director while coordinating day-to-day foundation activities, partnerships, governance, grants management, and reporting.
This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with experience in the charity or foundation sector, strong communication skills, and an understanding of Charity Commission governance and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director
- Coordinate daily foundation operations and programme activities
- Manage grants and partnerships administration, reporting, and compliance tracking
- Prepare foundation board reports, presentations, and strategic updates
- Support Charity Commission reporting and governance documentation
- Coordinate stakeholder, trustee, ambassador, and partner communications
- Assist with budget tracking, financial administration, and reporting
- Organise cross-functional coordination
- Support strategic projects and external communications initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Experience within a charity, foundation, or non-profit organisation
- Understanding of Charity Commission governance and reporting requirements
- Experience in grants and partnerships management and impact reporting
- Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills
- Experience preparing executive presentations and reports
- Budget coordination and financial administration experience
- Passion for the creative industries and youth social impact initiatives
