Do you want to feel genuinely appreciated and be part of a high-performing yet caring team?

Are you looking for a new challenge that keeps you inspired, motivated, and continually developing your skills?

Perhaps it’s time for a change — and an opportunity to join a clinic that truly values both its patients and its people.

At Perfect Balance Clinic, we’re expanding our team and are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sports Therapist to join us in Bath.

About the Role

Bath

Full-time employed position

Our clinic operates seven days a week, so this role will include evening and weekend shifts. Flexibility to accommodate patients’ schedules would be beneficial.

We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, proactive, and forward-thinking environment where teamwork and clinical excellence are at the centre of everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who can bring positivity, professionalism, and strong clinical skills to help us continue delivering exceptional patient care.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

✔ Enjoy building strong relationships with patients and delivering an outstanding patient experience

✔ Have excellent communication and time-management skills

✔ Are organised, reliable, and proactive

✔ Thrive within a multidisciplinary team environment

✔ Bring a positive, friendly, and professional attitude to your work

✔ Are passionate about evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

We work with a wide range of patients, many with complex conditions requiring collaborative care, so adaptability and teamwork are essential.

Training & Development

At Perfect Balance Clinic, we’re committed to helping every member of our team grow and succeed.

When you join us, you’ll benefit from:

✅ Regular weekly in-house training and development

✅ A dedicated clinical mentor matched to your style of practice and learning

✅ Support to develop both clinical and administrative skills

✅ Exposure to a wide range of services, therapies, and clinic locations

✅ Guidance on advancing your career at every stage

✅ A collaborative, team-focused environment that avoids the isolation often experienced within healthcare

✅ The opportunity to learn how we consistently achieve excellent patient outcomes

Although some administrative duties, such as clinical note keeping, are required, this is predominantly a patient-focused role working closely with our supportive multidisciplinary team.

Salary & Benefits

£27,000 – £32,000 depending on experience

Benefits include:

✔ Healthcare scheme

✔ Employee discount

✔ Employee mentoring programme

✔ On-site gym

✔ Ongoing CPD and career development opportunities

Successful applicants will be required to obtain a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) status update prior to starting.
