Role: AI Adoption Manager

Location: City of London - 3-4 days p/w in office

Salary: up to £85,000 + bonus

A leading global financial advisory firm is seeking an AI Adoption Manager to drive the rollout, adoption, and ongoing engagement of AI tools across its investment banking division.

This is a high-impact role at the centre of how AI is being embedded into day-to-day banker workflows, helping shape how new tools are adopted, understood, and used across a global population of senior stakeholders.

A key focus will be driving engagement with their AI platform, ensuring successful rollout, strong adoption, and measurable behavioural change across the business.

What you’ll be doing

Lead AI-focused change programmes across Global Advisory

Designing creative AI adoption strategies through communications & engagement strategies

Develop training, events, and materials for senior banking audiences

Partner with product and data teams to track usage and refine rollout strategy

Engage and influence senior stakeholders across global teams

What you’ll need:

• Strong change management experience in global teams
• Experience leading AI transformation/adoption initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Confident delivering training and influencing senior audiences
