RFP Associate – 12-Month Contract
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented RFP Associate to join a collaborative Business Development Support team within a well-established asset management environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with strong writing capabilities and investment knowledge to play a key role in supporting business growth through new client acquisition and retention.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires, as well as supporting the creation of compelling pitch materials.
You will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders, gaining exposure across investment, operations, and client-facing teams, while contributing to a fast-paced and deadline-driven function.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and related requests with accurate, high-quality, and tailored written content
- Produce and maintain client documentation, including pitch materials and presentation packs
- Ensure all materials are well-formatted, compliant, and aligned with brand standards, coordinating internal approvals where required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining an organised workflow and up-to-date content library
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across investment, operations, compliance, and client services teams
About You
- Approximately 3–10 years of experience within RFP writing or asset management, ideally in a business development or client servicing environment
- Strong knowledge of investment products and asset classes, with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with RFP tools such as Qvidian is advantageous
