Project Manager

I am currently working with a strong Tier Two Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for a Project Manager (No2/Construction Lead), to work on a £120 Million, 300+ unit, new build residential scheme with several years of work.

This project is a large scale, mixed-use development in Central London, which will include high end, 8-12 Storey, new build RC frame apartments. Our client is looking for someone who has overseen the whole build process from ground to handover and experience managing a team of 10-20 Assistant to Site Managers. You would be reporting into the Senior Project Manager, who will liaise with the client and handle the office meetings.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

• Working on a flagship project for a tier two Main Contractor.
• Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
• Oversee the scheme as Construction Lead - reporting to SPM

Requirements for Project Manager

• Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
• Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.
• Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress.
