IFS HCM Consultant

Part-Time

6 Month Contract

IT Works Recruitment are currently supporting a client through the implementation of IFS Cloud and are looking to engage an experienced IFS HCM Consultant on a part-time 6-month contract basis.

This role will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of the HCM workstream within a wider IFS Cloud transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of the HCM module within IFS Cloud
• Work closely with HR and project stakeholders to gather requirements and improve business processes
• Assist with workshops, testing, training, and go-live support
• Support data migration and system validation activities
• Provide functional expertise across core HCM processes including employee management, onboarding, absence, and reporting
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle

Required Experience

• Proven experience working with IFS Cloud and IFS Apps 10 Aurena
• Previous experience delivering HCM implementations within IFS environments
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
• Experience working within ERP transformation programmes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently within a project environment
