Business Readiness Manager
Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office
6-Month Initial Contract
£550–600/day via Umbrella
We’re supporting a leading Wealth Management organisation in the search for an experienced Business Readiness Manager to support a major transformation programme.
This role sits within the Business Readiness team, responsible for ensuring new systems, processes and change initiatives are successfully adopted across clients, employees, partners and third parties - ultimately driving successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Readiness activity across project and transformation initiatives
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
- Develop and execute communications and engagement plans
- Support delivery through strong project management capability
- Ensure operational readiness and successful adoption of change
Required Experience:
- Proven Business Readiness / Change Management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within regulated environments (essential)
- Financial Services / Wealth Management experience preferred
- ADKAR qualification beneficial
