Role – Senior Architectural Technician

Rate: Competitive

Contract Type: 12-month contract

Sector – Residential

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join our team on a 12-month contract. You will be working for a well-established, award-winning architectural practice who specialises in high-end residential and commercial developments. This role will focus on RIBA Stages 3-6.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation using Revit.
• Deliver detailed designs for construction projects.
• Collaborate closely with contractors and project teams to ensure designs are effectively translated into detailed, buildable construction documentation.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong AutoCAD and REVIT experience
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations, construction detailing, and material assembly.
• 5+ years' experience in a UK architectural practice.
