Counterbalance Forklift Drivers Needed Weekly Pay

Quest Employment is currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Brackmills, Northampton.

The Role

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload, and transport goods

• Safely stacking, palletising, and organising stock

• Moving products efficiently across the warehouse

• Conducting routine checks on equipment

• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

• Keeping the work area clean and hazard-free

• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence (ITSSAR, RTITB, or AITT)

• Have previous experience within a warehouse or logistics setting

• Are confident using a Counterbalance FLT in a busy environment

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisation

• Are dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Can work effectively both independently and within a team
