Proposal Writer/ Bid Writer

Cpl Marketing are working with a service organisation who are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join a growing and collaborative team a remote position base din the UK. This person will be part of the Dublin team and will work 1 day a week in the London office. In this role, you will play a key part in developing high-quality tender submissions, proposals, and business support materials that contribute directly to organisational success.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong writer who enjoys working across teams, managing multiple projects, and delivering compelling, results-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

Tender & Proposal Development

• Produce high-quality bid responses, proposals, and supporting documentation
• Ensure all submissions are clear, compelling, and aligned with requirements

Content Creation

• Write, edit, and proofread persuasive content for tenders, policies, and business documents
• Translate technical information into clear, engaging language

Sales & Business Support

• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare presentations and supporting materials
• Assist in identifying and tracking upcoming opportunities

Knowledge & Document Management

• Maintain and enhance internal content libraries and documentation
• Ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and up to date

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work cross-functionally to gather inputs for submissions
• Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met

Skills & Experience

· Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline

· 2+ years’ experience in similar Bid/ Tender role

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong ability to produce clear, persuasive, and engaging content
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with public sector tenders- desirable
