Business Development Representative (German Speaking)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Execute multi-channel outreach including calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Partner with Account Executives to build pipeline across German-speaking territories
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
- Achieve activity and meeting targets
Key Requirements
- Fluent German speaker
- 1+ years of sales, SDR/BDR, or lead generation experience
- Experience using CRM or sales engagement tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Interest in building a long-term career in sales
