What you’ll be doing:

This is a genuinely interesting design role where you’ll have a big say in how a widely used digital product evolves. You’ll be working on experiences that people engage with daily, shaping how content is discovered, consumed, and interacted with.

You won’t just be handed polished briefs — this is about getting involved early, helping define problems, and figuring out the best way to solve them. From rough ideas through to shipped features, you’ll be owning the design journey end to end. Day to day, you’ll be partnering closely with Product and Engineering, bouncing ideas around, testing assumptions, and refining solutions based on real user behaviour. There’s a strong focus on improving journeys, simplifying complexity, and creating experiences that actually feel good to use.

Requirements

• Strong product design experience, with time spent operating at a senior level
• A portfolio that shows both thinking and craft — particularly strong UI/visual design
• Comfortable owning the full design process (not just UX or just UI)
• Confident presenting work and communicating with senior stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-moving environments with a level of ambiguity
• Someone who enjoys collaboration and designing in the open, not in isolation
• Ability to balance speed with quality — shipping, learning, and iterating quickly

➕ Nice to Have:

• Experience working on consumer-facing or content-rich products
• Some exposure to mobile/app design
• Experience with rapid prototyping and experimentation
• Background that includes visual design or graphic design foundations
