Join Inizio Engage and support a leading global pharmaceutical organisation

We’re looking for confident and driven individuals to join our team as Pharmacy Engagement Executives on a 4-month contract. In this fast-paced, phone-based role, you’ll engage with pharmacists across the UK, helping them access valuable educational and promotional resources by securing their e-consent.

What you’ll be doing

• Making high-volume outbound calls to community and hospital pharmacists across the UK
• Clearly communicating the benefits of receiving educational and promotional content
• Securing e-consent in a compliant and professional manner
• Accurately recording all interactions in CRM systems
• Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
• Building positive relationships with healthcare professionals
• Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets
• Ensuring all activity aligns with GDPR and ABPI compliance standards
• Sharing insights and feedback from conversations with internal teams

What we’re looking for

Essential:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working in a high-volume, phone-based role
• Ability to engage and influence professional audiences
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Resilience and a positive, proactive mindset
• Basic IT skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
