We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team of an award-winning Michelin-star restaurant in Central London. The Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team. You will play a key role in ensuring flawless service, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, and inspiring the team to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and service flow
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management
• Maintain Michelin-level service standards and attention to detail
• Monitor reservations, staffing levels, and service efficiency
• Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team
• Support stock control, ordering, and cost management

About You

• Previous experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-end or Michelin-star restaurant
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Passion for fine dining, wine, and luxury hospitality
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Calm under pressure with a hands-on approach to service
• Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
