We are supporting a global strategy consultancy focused on commercial due diligence and value creation, as they continue to invest in their London team.
The firm works closely with private equity investors and corporates, delivering high-impact projects across TMT, healthcare, consumer, business services and industrials, with a clear focus on commercial insight and investment decision support.
The Role
This is a Manager-level position with responsibility for leading engagements end-to-end in fast-paced, transaction environments.
You will be expected to:
- Lead commercial due diligence (CDD) engagements from start to finish, owning delivery and client interaction
- Manage project teams, ensuring quality of analysis and timely execution
- Conduct and oversee market assessments, competitor analysis and growth modelling
- Develop clear, commercially grounded recommendations for investors
- Present findings directly to clients, including senior stakeholders and deal teams
- Contribute to business development and proposal work
Projects are typically short-cycle and high-intensity, requiring strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in strategy consulting or commercial due diligence
- Proven track record of leading or managing CDD engagements
- Strong sector exposure across TMT, healthcare, consumer, business services or industrials
- Ability to own projects end-to-end, from scoping through to delivery
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-demand deal environments
