Senior Private Equity Associate (5–10 PQE) | Tier 1 International Firm | London

We are currently working with a Tier 1 international firm in London that is looking to appoint a Senior Private Equity Associate at the 5–10 PQE level. This is a strategic opening within a market-leading practice known for handling high-value, cross-border mandates, particularly across the infrastructure, technology, and regulated sectors. The role is designed for an ambitious lawyer who is ready to move beyond process management and into a lead-advisory position, taking a primary role in the negotiation and execution of complex buyouts, growth capital investments, and exits for Tier 1 sponsors.

The successful candidate will bring at least five years of experience from a leading City, US, or international firm and will demonstrate the technical maturity to manage multi-disciplinary workstreams across various jurisdictions. Beyond deal execution, you will be expected to act as a mentor to junior associates and play an active role in strengthening the firm’s entrepreneurial efforts within the mid-to-upper-market sponsor space. A strong academic background and a track record of handling sophisticated private equity transactions are essential, as is the ability to provide commercially focused advice in a fast-paced environment.
